TABLE SUPPORT

Help While the Wheel Is Spinning

When a seat freezes mid-round or a chip tap does nothing, stay where you are and message us rather than leaving the table, because an open bet can still settle after you walk away. Send the table name and the round number from the history panel and the agent can trace the hand. Wallet problems are handled separately: if a bKash, Nagad or Rocket transfer has not reached your balance, keep the transaction ID ready. Chat opens from the same screen you are playing on.

Live Chat at the Table Open chat from the roulette screen and the agent already sees which table you are on. Give the round number and we can pull the hand without asking you to repeat the basics.
Round History Panel Every spin you place is logged with its round number, stake and outcome inside the table history. Screenshot that entry when something looks wrong and the check is quicker for both of us.
Wallet Transfer Trace If a bKash, Nagad or Rocket transfer has not shown up as chips, keep the transaction ID handy. Send it in chat and we trace the payment against your account wallet instead of guessing.

How We Keep the Roundtable Straight

You should be able to tell how a wheel works before you put money on it. Digital tables run on a random number generator from the studio that supplies them, and live tables stream a physical wheel you can watch turn. Each table lists its provider and its rules on the same screen, including whether La Partage or En Prison applies to even-money bets. Payout percentages appear only where a provider publishes them; we do not print a figure a studio has not released.

Studio Names on the Felt

Every table carries the name of the studio that supplies it, next to the wheel. You can see whether you are on an Evolution live table or a digital one before any chips move.

House Rules on Screen

La Partage, En Prison and the double-zero pocket change how a losing even-money bet is handled. The table rules sit one tap away, so you read the felt variant before you back a colour.

Real Wheels on Live Tables

A live seat streams a physical wheel and a host who spins it on camera. No animation stands in for the result, and the ball drop matches the entry in your round history.

Payout Figures Where Shown

We do not attach a payout percentage to every table. Where a studio exposes the figure for its wheel, it appears on the table page as published. Where it does not, the screen stays quiet.

What a880app Puts on the Roundtable

The roundtable works as one shared seat for roulette. We run European wheels with the standard single-zero layout, French tables where La Partage and En Prison sit on the felt, and American wheels that keep the double-zero pocket some of you ask for. Between them sit live dealer tables streamed from Evolution, where a host spins a real wheel and the result

lands on your screen within the round. Roulette Dreamspin covers the animated side for shorter sessions. Every table shows its own bet limits and its own layout, so read the felt before you place chips. Open a table, pick a chip value, and the money comes straight from the account wallet you funded.

Roulette Words in Plain English

Roulette has more named parts than most table games, and half of them are printed on the felt in French. The roundtable labels each term where it appears, La Partage and En Prison on the French layouts, the double-zero pocket on the American wheel, so you are not decoding a rule mid-spin.

What does single-zero mean on a roulette wheel?

A single-zero wheel carries one green zero pocket, the European layout. It gives the house a smaller edge than a wheel with an extra double-zero pocket, and most of our tables use it.

What is La Partage?

La Partage is a French roulette rule that returns half of an even-money bet when the ball lands on zero. The other half goes to the house, so the zero costs you less.

What is En Prison?

En Prison holds an even-money bet for one more spin instead of taking it when zero hits. You either recover the stake or lose it on that next result, depending on the table rules.

What is a double-zero wheel?

An American layout with both a zero and a double-zero pocket, so the wheel holds two green numbers. That extra pocket widens the house edge compared with a single-zero table.

What is an outside bet?

A bet placed on a group rather than a single number, such as red or black, odd or even, high or low, or a column. Outside bets pay smaller amounts and cover more of the wheel.

What is a neighbour bet?

A call bet on numbers sitting next to each other on the wheel, not on the felt layout. Live tables accept it where the studio allows call bets, and the host places the chips.

Questions Before You Take a Seat

Most messages our chat team gets about roulette are the same six questions, so we answered them here instead of making you wait in a queue. The answers cover phone access, which wheels we run, how wallet money becomes chips, what a dropped connection does to a live bet, switching to cricket between rounds, and who can play from where. If your question is about a specific spin, send the round number from the history panel, since that gets a faster reply than describing the hand.

Yes. Tables open in the browser on Android and iOS with no download. Log in, tap a table and the felt fits your screen; turn the phone sideways for a wider betting grid.

European single-zero wheels, French layouts with La Partage and En Prison, American double-zero tables, and live roulette streamed from Evolution. Roulette Dreamspin adds an animated option for shorter sessions than a hosted table allows.

Fund the account wallet first. Open your bKash or Nagad app, send to the number on the deposit screen and confirm with your PIN. Once the balance shows, chips at any table come from that wallet.

A placed bet stays live until the wheel settles, so reopening the table shows the result rather than losing the round. Check the history panel if the screen reconnects before the outcome appears.

Yes. The sportsbook sits in the same lobby and carries BPL and international cricket markets. Your roulette round history stays in place, so you can come back to the same table later.

The lobby is built for Bangladesh players and access depends on your local law and eligible regions. If you are travelling, check the terms before you open a table, since some countries restrict real-money play.
